Apologies hospital for discharged patient
The Haga Hospital in The Hague apologized for the discharge of a patient, which was poorly communicated with the family, reported the hospital Monday. Apologies were made to both the patient and the family.An 86-year-old woman who was on a heart monitor and was supposed to stay in the hospital till Sunday at least, was discharged Friday evening, according to Westland Broadcasting Foundation and Omroep West.

The woman found herself ringing the doorbell of her old neighbors in Monster, where she no longer lives, according to her granddaughter. She must have taken a taxi. According to the spokesperson for the Haga Hospital there have so far been three meetings with the family. The hospital admits to be at fault on a number of points, and will continue to engage with this family.
