fyra manufacturer looses again

Fyra manufacturer AnsaldoBreda is not allowed access to three technical reports that the NS and the Belgian NMBS have used for their decision to quit with the V250 trains. That is the result of an appeal to the Amsterdam Court. The court in Utrecht had previously ruled against the Italian train builder. According to the court these reports were prepared for internal use by the NS and NMBS and may contain sensitive business information. These reports need not be shared with third parties, ruled the court. Fyra_V250_in_Rotterdam
