The collaboration of these prestigious sporting events in the Netherlands comes ahead of the conclusion made by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) on which sport will take part in the 2020 Olympics. Squash has asserted to become an Olympic sport through its Squash 2020 campaign and has gained support from several tennis legends like Andre Agassi, Roger Federer, Andy Murray, and Kim Clijsters. The decision will be made on September 8 at the IOC-congress in Buenos Aires. Squash’ strong contenders are wrestling and baseball.
