Multiple cheap homes under €140K up for sale in The Hague
In a time of continually increasing home prices in the Netherlands, it seems unreal to find an affordable place to live. But if you’re looking for a small place to live in The Hague, you might be in luck. Several small apartments in a complex on Paulus Potterstraat are going up for sale with asking prices between 129,000 and 138,000 euros, Omroep West reports.
The apartment complex is on the edge of the Schilderswijk, on the city center’s side. It has a total of 28 small homes. The housing association is selling several rentals into the owner-occupied market.
There are currently three homes for sale, one for 129,000 euros and two for 138,000 euros. The cheapest one is a ground-floor apartment with only 17 square meters of living space, with an open kitchen and a small, closed bathroom.
One of the other two is on the first floor with 20 square meters of living space, and the third is on the second floor with 23 square meters. Each floor has a shared space for laundry.
According to the realtor, the apartments are centrally located, have recently been repainted, and are ready to move in.
