Dutch trampoline party chain Jumpsquare bought by French company You Jump

Jumpsquare, a European chain with 32 indoor trampoline parks in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, is being taken over by the French company You Jump. The company's stockholders reached an agreement with EREN Groupe, the parent company behind You Jump. The takeover fee was not announced.

The acquisition will create 55 indoor trampoline halls spread across four countries. These will be operated under the names You Jump, Jumpsquare, and Jump XL.

Jumpsquare took over Jump XL in 2019, making it the largest operator of indoor trampoline halls in Europe. At that time, Jump XL was significantly larger. The takeover by Jumpsquare was supported by investors Nordian Capital Partners, the largest shareholders in the company.

EREN Groupe is a family company that mainly invests in technological companies within the energy transition. However, the group also has a separate sports division that focuses on the development of sports activities. For example, investments are being made worldwide in tennis resorts where people can train.
