Mobile phone stolen from toddler; police looking for suspect

The police are looking for a man who stole a cellphone from a 2-year-old child in a C&A store in Eindhoven on August 3rd. The police have a photo of the suspect, and if the suspect does not come forward, will release it to the public.

The incident happened at around 3:45 p.m. on August 3rd in the C&A store in the Woensel shopping center in Eindhoven Noord. The child was sitting in a buggy and watching videos on the phone while his parents shopped. The perpetrator walked up to the child, grabbed the phone and left the store, the Eindhoven police said on Facebook.

The police released a photo fo the suspect with his face blurred out. If the suspect does not come forward, the police will release a recognizable photo to the public.
