Another body found in an Amsterdam park

A man was found dead in Beatrixpark in Amsterdam on Monday evening. The police are investigating the cause of his death. "We are investigating whether it is a natural death or something else happened. It is too early to say anything about it", a police spokesperson said to Het Parool.

According to the newspaper, the man was sleeping in the park during the day when someone noticed that something was wrong. When emergency services arrived, they found the man had passed away.

The police believe they know the identity of the man, but will not make any statements until his next of kin were informed.

On Monday morning a body was also found in Westerpark in the city.
