Man found dead on Utrecht street

The body of a man was found on Kroonstraat in Utrecht just after midnight on Thursday. The police are investigating.

Passersby found the body and called the police, AD reports. Part of the street was closed down as a crime scene for forensic investigation. The police left the area just after 6:00 a.m.

Exactly what happened to the man is not yet clear.
