Young woman, 18, missing in Gelderland town

An 18-year-old woman went missing in the Gelderland town of Renkum on Sunday. She was last seen from the Ketsheuvel around 8:00 p.m. The police sent a notification of her disappearance through alert system Burgernet to 1,055 people, but by 10:30 p.m. the young woman was still missing, the Gelderlander reports.

According to the notification, the young woman has a half-Turkish appearance, a slender posture and is around 1.6 meters tall. She has brown, curly hair and was wearing dark clothing and sneakers when she was last seen.

The police ask anyone who sees the young woman, or knows anything about her whereabouts, to contact them on emergency number 112.
