Amsterdam toddler survives fall through skylight by landing on neighbor

A 4-year-old child fell through an apartment building's skylight on Monday afternoon and landed on a neighbor standing below. The child was taken to hospital to be checked over, but the injuries seemed to be minor, NH Nieuws reports.

The incident happened in an apartment building on IJburglaan in Amsterdam. The child was playing on a roof terrace and got onto a skylight. The dome could not hold the child's weight and collapsed. The child fell through the skylight and landed on a neighbor, washing dishes in the kitchen.

Whether the neighbor was injured in this bizarre turn of events, is unclear.
