Power outage in Zwolle, some 26,000 homes affected

Some 26 thousand homes in Zwolle has been without power since around 9:30 a.m. on Thursday. Grid manager Enexis is working to resolve to problem, ANP reports.

Power started returning to homes around 10:00 a.m. How long it will take before everyone has power, is not yet clear.

The power outage was caused by a malfunction in a transformer in the Frankhuis neighborhood. Technicians are on site.
