Silent march organized for killed teen Savannah

A silent march will be held in Bunschoten on Thursday evening for Savannah Dekker, a 14-year-old local resident who was found killed in a ditch on industrial terrain De Kronkels on Sunday. The march is being arranged by the municipality of Bunschoten, the police, Savannah's school Oostwende College and the people who initiated the search for her on Sunday, AD reports.

The march was organized after consultation with the girl's family, according to RTV Utrecht.

Savannah disappeared from home on Thursday. Her body was found on Sunday. A 16-year-old boy from Den Bosch was arrested in connection with her death. According to the Bunschoten mayor, Savannah met him online.
