Missing German girl reportedly spotted in Amsterdam

A missing 16-year-old German girl is believed to be in Amsterdam, the Dutch police said in a call for the public to keep an eye out for her. L. N. has been missing from Frankfurt, Germany since April 23rd.
The girl is about 1.8 meters tall, with shoulder length brown hair. She has light brown eyes and wears a black nose piercing. According to the police, L. speaks no Dutch, but is fluent in German and English. She is a smoker.
According to the German police, L. has friends in numerous European countries. It is not clear why she is believed to be in Amsterdam.
