Netherlands baseball team wins European championship

The Netherlands baseball team won the European championship for the 22nd time on Sunday by beating Spain 3-2 in the finals in Hoofddorp, reports

Dutch captain Steve Janssen led his team to victory, with Yurendell de Caster scoring the deciding point by hitting a single set with the bases loaded, according to the news site.
