Bugatti supercar sales take off in Netherlands

The Netherlands is one of Bugatti's most important markets for its two-million-dollar-supercars. A significant portion of the more than 100 Bugatti Chirons sold in the world were sold in the Netherlands, according to Stefan Brungs, a member of Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S. board of directors and responsible for Sales and Marketing, the Telegraaf reports. Brungs was present at the opening of Bugatti Nederland in Leusden on Thursday. According to the newspaper, this is the first Bugatti dealership in Europe that meets with the brand's new corporate identity. Brungs did not say exactly how many Bugatti Chrion supercars were sold in the Netherlands, but it is around a handful. "Some of our most loyal customers live in the Netherlands", he said. "The opening in Leusden this year forms the first step i a comprehensive program for the launch of our new showrooms in Europe."
