Second Amsterdam coffeeshop shot at in a week

Another Amsterdam coffee shop has been the target of a shooting. Several shots were fired at the coffee shop on Krugerstraat in the Transvaalbuurt during the early hours of Sunday morning. According to the police, the shooting happened at around 03:45 a.m. Several people were in the building when the shooting happened, but no one was injured. So far the police can say little about the perpetrators or motive behind the shooting. The police would like to make contact with anyone who witnessed the shooting or has any information that may be of interest to this case. On October 23rd a coffee shop on Gerard Doustraat in Amsterdam was involved in a similar shooting. Here too there were people in the building, but no one was injured.
