Geleen shooting victim tracked down

The police arrived at the scene of a shooting in Geleen on Thursday night only to find that not only the perpetrators, but also the victim had run off. Luckily the victim returned to the scene after visiting the hospital, according to the police. Several shots were fired in the home Rijksweg Centrum around 10:30 p.m. After the shooting, witnesses called the police and reported that someone was injured. But when the police arrived, there was no one to be found. It now turns out that the victim had gone to the hospital for treatment. He was wounded in the leg. Afterwards he returned to the home to found the police waiting there. He was taken to the police station for questioning. So far not much is known about the circumstances surrounding the shooting and the perpetrators.
