Den Bosch coffee shop riddled with bullets

The Chip 'n Dale coffee shop on Hinthamerstraat in 's-Hertogenbosch, Den Bosch was shot at least 20 times on Friday morning. The police believe that an automatic weapon was involved. According to the police, the incident happened around 04:30 a.m. The coffee shop was empty at the time of the shooting and no one was injured. Shortly after the shooting the police also received a report of a burning car on Concordialaan. At the scene the police found a burning Audi S4. It is unclear whether this car is linked to the shooting. The police are investigating whether the Audi may have been used as a getaway vehicle. The getaway vehicles used in gang related assassinations and attacks in Amsterdam are often found in flames shortly after the incident. This may be a similar scenario. The police are performing extended investigations on both Hinthamerstraat and Concordialaan. Anyone who noticed anything suspicious in or near these locations are requested to contact the police. The police would also like to talk to anyone who may have any information on the background and circumstances surrounding these two crimes.
