Among girls this percentage was 48 percent. 15 percent of the students have sent a nude or sexually suggestive photo of them selves over WhatsApp or social media, often to someone they know. 69 percent of the students know at least one person whose nude photo was in circulation in their environment over the past year. Almost a quarter (23 percent) of the participants can imagine sending a nude photo of him or herself. 24 percent of boys and 13 percent of girls can imagine undressing in front of a webcam, one in seven have actually done it. 41 percent of the young people indicated that they have been approached by a stranger in a sexual way online. This involves sexual comments (30 percent), sexual proposals (24 percent) or receiving a sexually suggestive photo or video from a stranger (18 percent). 51 percent of the girls have been contacted in such a way.
