World's biggest bike convention headed to NL

The European Cyclists' Federation announced that Arnhem and Nijmegen will organize the international cycling conference Velo-city in 2017. Velo-city is the largest bicycle conference in the world. In Europe the conference attracts about 1,500 participants. During the conference participants discuss new innovations and exchange ideas. The conference will be held in Nantes, France next year and in Taipei, Taiwan in 2016. The total cost of the four day conference is estimated at 2.3 million euro. The conference is scheduled for June 13th-16th.
