Dutch cyclist Lieuwe Westra caught driving 190 km/h

Cyclist Lieuwe Westra was caught driving an average of 189 kilometers per hour on the A32 near Akkrum on Wednesday. The speed limit on that section of the highway is 130 kilometers per hour. The traffic enforcement team of the police reported the catch on Twitter and spoke of a 32 year old resident of Monaco. Westra's license was not revoked, but he had to pay a fine of 960 euro. The cyclist is now on his way to Tokyo.
