Eye Amsterdam film fest on fraud in October

Eye Film Institute in Amsterdam will next month be the backdrop for a film festival with the theme of fraud. During the event on October 1st and 2nd, films and documentaries will be screened on the theme and the "Anti-Fraud Award 2014" will be awarded. This award is intended for a person or organization that works to combat things like deceit and scams. On the first day of the Fraud Film Festival in the Netherlands, professionals and policy makers can discuss the impact and diversity of fraud and the approach on it, organizers said on Wednesday. The second day is open to everyone. The festival is organized by organizations involved in combating fraud, including the FIOD and the Dutch Association of Banks. They hope to make this festival an annual event.
