False child sex claims lands ex-employee in court

A man who put up posters everywhere in Cruquius in Noord-Holland, warning the town his former supervisor was a child molester, is being prosecuted for slander. Early January the man put up posters with a description of his former supervisor, featuring a recognizable drawing, part of his license plate, and the make and color of his car. A police investigation concluded the victim was falsely accused. The former supervisor filed charges against the 55-year-old Amsterdam suspect for slander. The case will be presented before the court in May.
