The deal excludes KDE Energy’s UK subsidiary Infinergy Ltd.
KDE Energy has a project pipeline of more than 900 megawatt (MW) in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Poland.
One megawatt can power 1000 homes.
"The addition of project development know-how and assets under development strengthens Yard Energy’s position in the wind energy sector and speeds up its expansion plans, Yard Energy said in a statement.
