Warner Bros in talks to buy Eyeworks
American television and film producer Warner Bros intends to acquire Dutch television production company Eyeworks, RTL Z reported citing unnamed sources.
According to newspaper, Warner Bros is in talks with Eyeworks for a possible buyout. The publication did not provide further details, including purchase price.
Eyeworks, headquartered in Amsterdam, has produced many successful international titles including Test The Nation, Who Wants to Marry my Son?, Reality Queens of the Jungle and I Know What You Did Last Friday.
The Dutch company had a turnover of more than €250 million in 2012. The company’s major shareholders are CEO Reinout Oerlemans and Joop van den Ende.
