The 25-year-old German woman who admitted to abandoning two newborn babies is indeed the mother of two children.
This was evidenced by DNA testing, announced the Public Prosecutor (OM) in Keulen on Tuesday. The woman abandoned a boy in Roermond on June 18. Earlier, in October 2011, she also abandoned a girl in Hürth, near Keulen.
