Especially newspaper deliverers are asked to be extra alert. Oftentimes they are on the road in the early hours. The crimes are likely committed during the night and early morning, according to Police Chief Michel Groenendaal . The police prefer people calling them one time too many, rather than not enough, states the Chief.
