Victim in A'dam Fire Ruled Homicide

Firefighters found a corpse after a raging fire burned down a house on the Elizabeth Boddaerstraat in Amsterdam West on Saturday November 9th around 5:00. The identity of the victim has been established to be a 46-year old Amsterdam local. The police found evidence the man was killed. (MarcusObal/Wikimedia Commons) The house was destroyed in the fire. A large-scale detective team focuses on the case and is looking for witnesses who may have seen something out of the ordinary, such as vehicles of people, on the evening or night of Friday 8 on Saturday, November 9th in the immediate vicinity of the Elisabeth Boddaertstraat. Those who have already spoken to the police, do not need to respond again.
