3i Infrastructure To Buy Stake in Dutch Military Museum

3i Infrastructure will invest €6.3 million in an 80% stake in the National Military Museum public-private partnership (PPP) project in the Netherlands. Royal Dutch Army Convoy / Wikipedia The project, which was procured under a typical PPP framework by the Dutch Ministry of Defence, comprises the design, build, finance and maintenance of a museum facility on the site of the former Soesterberg Airbase, located around 60kms south east of Amsterdam. Heijmans NV, the construction contractor, will retain the remaining 20% stake in the project. The project is set to complete in September 2014.
