Dutch Speed Skaters Win at World Cup

Dutch speed skater Lotte van Beek won silver in the Women’s 1000m at the World Cup speedskating event in Calgary, Canada, on November 10. She already won gold in the 1500m on Saturday, November 9, NBC Sports reports. [[{"type":"media","view_mode":"media_large","fid":"26409","attributes":{"class":"media-image size-medium wp-image-9193","typeof":"foaf:Image","style":"","width":"300","height":"217","alt":"Sven Kramer"}}]] Sven Kramer / Wikipedia Olympic champion Sven Kramer won the Men’s 5000m. Kramer dominated, winning by more than two seconds in 6:04.46 ahead of Dutch teammate Jorrit Bergsma. Earlier this year, Bergsma beat Kramer in the 10,000m at the World Single Distance Championships.
