A representative for SER said the plan of 2 million residential photovoltaic (PV) panels could be part of the final policy. It is now being discussed by the government, environmental bodies and trade associations. Moreover, SER has planned a sponsorship for energy efficiency allowing persons to earn from energy-saving practices and to come up with measures that can sustain businesses which create quick energy efficiency transformations. National solar trade association Holland Solar supports the national energy deal as well as the 15,000 job openings in this sector.
