Ireland wins World Cricket League Game

Ireland defeated Netherlands in a World Cricket League game in Amsteelveen. The Irish team scored 236 all out off 49.5 overs, with William Porterfield and Niall O'Brien scoring 79 and 70 respectively. Paul Stirling

Netherlands established their chase with assurance, moving ahead to 52 for 1 after ten overs. However, they lost momentum soon after they lost three wickets for 19 runs. On Tuesday, Netherlands and Ireland will face each other once more in Amstelveen at 11am. If Ireland wins, they will become the first side to qualify for the World Cup.
