Dutch couple Kidnapped in Yemen, Police say

Yemen’s security officials say that a Dutch couple have disappeared in Sana’a, the capital city of Yemen. They have been missing for three days.

The couple are teachers in Lebanese International University, according to sources. Some of their students claim that since Tuesday, they haven’t seen the two teachers at school.

Authorities say the police received a phone call. They then check the apartment where the two has been staying at. They only found a pet dog in the apartment. The police believed they have been kidnapped.

The President of Yemen has cautioned the people about the plan of the local Al-Qaeda group to expand in the country and kill or kidnap foreigners to test the central government's power.
