Flooding in Rotterdam by storm

A number of streets in the North Island in Rotterdam have been flooded. In some streets, the water is up to knee height. Rotterdam / Flickr According to the Nos television, residents are being warned by sound trucks. The flooding was caused by strong winds and high tides.
