Two of the six Bitcoin ATM's in Amsterdam were stolen in the last four weeks. The ATM's were located at the Thai restaurant Warie's Thai Food on Rozengracht in Amsterdam and at cafe ' Hofje van Wijs on Zeedijk, Het Parool reports.

Operation Archimedest which was coordinated by Europol from The Hague, arrested 1,027 people, including 80 Dutch citizens involved in the theft of luxury cars.

After trains traveling to Schiphol came to a near stand still on Thursday night, rail traffic to the Amsterdam airport has been cancelled throughout the weekend, and it is expected to remain significantly affected at least to Monday's evening rush hour. The trouble started when copper thieves cut through electricity wires, setting the wires alight and causing damage to the tracks.

An ATM was bombed in Leidsewallen station in Zoetermeer on Tuesday morning, omroepwest.nl reports. No cash was stolen in the incident.

While the SC Buitenveldertbaan women's team was playing football on the pitch inside, a thief snuck into their Amsterdam clubhouse and stole the lady's belongings. Security cameras inside the bar caught the thief in the act, and the team released the video footage on their Facebook page with an appeal to catch the criminal and get their stuff back.

The 70-year old Cok Harteveld from Maassluis was robbed of his pension this weekend when thieves stole his entire chips-stall. The stall provides Harteveld's income, and he was going to pass it on to his grandchild, until it was stolen. Police may have one lead, the Algemeen Dagblad reports.
