Bart B., a 56-year-old man suspected of the murder of his partner Miranda Zitman, claims that the woman's death was an accident. In a proforma hearing on Monday, he told the court that he found her dead at the bottom of the stairs in their home and then cut her body into pieces and hid the body parts, NU.nl reports.

The police confiscated flyers handed out by pedophile group Kinderbevrijdingsfront during the Pride Walk in Amsterdam on Saturday. According to the police, the flyers were seized because of bystanders' severely upset reactions to them. "This man handed out flyers in the Vondelpark and the organization of the Pride Walk did not want that", a police spokesperson said to Het Parool.

She was taken into custody at the entrance of the Tomorrowland festival near the village of Boom, after the entry check found different types of hard and soft drugs on her. A 53-year-old employee of the Public Prosecution Service in The Hague was arrested in Germany on June 18th on suspicion of drug trafficking. She is suspected of smuggling two kilograms of cocaine, 6 kilograms of amphetamine, and 10 thousand ecstasy pills into the country, the German Public Prosecutor confirmed to AD.

The drugs were found in the woman's car. Her daughter and son-in-law were also arrested, the German Prosecutor said to the newspaper. The three are suspected of wanting to sell the drugs in Germany. They are still in custody.

The police arrested a 27-year-old man in Maastricht on Wednesday on suspicion of involvement in terrorism. He is suspected of inciting a terrorist crime in the Netherlands and cooperating in training people to become a terrorist, the Public Prosecutor said on Thursday. 

The police launched an investigation into the man last month, after information from intelligence service AIVD. The suspect used social media to spread jihadist and violent propaganda, including calls to commit violence, the Prosecutor said.

The time limit is necessary because the number of ATM bombings and incidents involving hand grenades increased since last year. Customs officers seized over 800 kilograms of cocaine at the port of Rotterdam early in June, the Public Prosecutor announced on Sunday. A massive 720 kilos of the drug were discovered in a banana shipment on June 6th, and two smaller shipments totaling in 86 kilograms were discovered on June 4th.
