A young family who fell victim to a fire in a shed in Etten-Leur on Monday morning, lived in the garden shed for three years. A 32-year-old woman was killed in the fire. A 60-year-old man from Nistelrode died in hospital after being found seriously hurt on an excavator in the Noord-Brabant village of Mill on Monday morning. What happened to the man is still a mystery, Omroep Brabant reports.
A passerby found the injured man on an excavator standing on Volkelseweg and called the emergency services. A trauma helicopter responded and the man was resuscitated on the scene. He was rushed to hospital by ambulance, accompanied by the trauma doctor, where he passed away.
