The second victim that was trapped under the rubble of the collapsed Raab Karcher building in Ede yesterday, has passed away, Omroep Gelderland reports. The 45 year old, unresponsive man was found by sniffer dogs around 18:20 last night. The building collapsed around 12:30.
A partial building collapse in Ede, Gelderland left at least one person, and possibly a second trapped underneath rubble. The pair could have been trapped since 12:30 p.m. after the building's roof caved in, though rescue workers only discovered the first victim around 5:15 p.m., Omroep Gelderland reported.
