An explosion forced a dozen occupants of an apartment complex on the 'Oude Vismarkt' in Zwolle out of their homes. Around 5:45 Monday morning an explosion blew out the façade of a 'shoarma' establishment on the ground floor. The explosion was followed up by a fire.
