Clouds with periods of sunshine expected for rest of the week
The rest of the week will be an about equal mix of sunshine and clouds in the Netherlands, according to meteorological institute KNMI. Maximums will be in the low teens until Sunday, when thermometers may climb as high as 16 degrees.
Wednesday will see periods of sunshine, mixed with cloud cover. The north may see a shower or two. Maximum temperatures will be around 12 degrees, with a weak to moderate westerly wind.
Thursday may start out foggy in some areas, but the fog will dissipate quickly. Most of the country will see some sunshine, with the northern parts having the most cloud cover. No rain is expected and maximums will be around 11 degrees.
Friday and Saturday will look a lot like Thursday, with Saturday being a little bit more sunny and warmer. Maximums on Saturday will be around 14 degrees. Sunday is expected to be mostly cloudy with a small chance of rain. The day will be milder than the week preceding it with maximums between 14 and 16 degrees.
