Crime suspected: Man found dead in home outside Rotterdam

A 55-year-old man was found dead in a house on Alouette Erf in Capelle aan den IJssel on Saturday. Initial investigation indicates that he was killed in a crime. The police are investigating and call on witnesses to come forward.

At around 11:30 p.m. on Saturday a resident of Alouette Erf came home to find his roommate dead in the kitchen. He immediately called the police, who launched an investigation. The police closed off the home as a crime scene and a forensic team was called in to investigate.

Twenty detectives are working on the case. The investigators call on witnesses to come forward.
