Snowy Saturday expected for the Netherlands
Parts of the Netherlands may wake up to a layer of snow on Saturday morning. Light snow is expected for tonight and tomorrow morning, according to Weeronline, the Telegraaf reports.
The snowy layer is not expected to last much longer than Saturday morning. Afternoon temperatures will rise to between 2 and 4 degrees, which means that the snow will largely melt away.
More snow is expected on Saturday night, especially in the South, center and West of te country. Some spots may even get up to three centimeters, according to Weeronline.
Snowy weather entails a chance of slick, icy roads. Motorists are advised to adjust their driving behavior and keep an eye on weather and traffic reports and warnings.
