Dutch football association KNVB and sponsor Nike unveiled the new home and away football kits for the Netherlands' national team on Monday. The kits in orange and blue "reflect traditional Dutch values such as courage, leadership and loyalty", according to the KNVB.

The new home shirt is in orange with stylish blue accents on the collar. It has the KNVB logo and stripes on the sides, also in blue. "Oranje" is one one sleeve and the word "Leeuwen" (lions in English) on the other. "Nederland" is on the back of the collar.

The pants are in the same color scheme as the shirt - orange with a blue stripe. The socks are blue with an orange graphical representation on the calf, which highlights the players speed and agility, according to the football association.

The away kit is in two gradates of blue with orange accents.

The national team will wear the new kits during the qualification rounds for the World Cup 2018 in Russia. The home kit will be worn for the first time against France on Friday, March 25th. The away kit will be worn against England on the Wembley Stadium in London on March 29th.
