Masked men spent hours unnoticed in Amsterdam subway tunnel

A group of men managed to wander around the Noord-Zuid line subway tunnel for hours without being noticed. The contractor in charge of construction on the tunnel is considering pressing charges against the men. The group spent four apparently undisturbed hours drinking beer and wandering through the subway tunnels, according to AT5. They filmed their exploits and sent the video to Amsterdam clothing brand Nuff Said, who posted the video on their YouTube channel. The video was filmed before the attacks in Paris on Friday, but published afterwards. Hoite Detmar, director of Metro and Tram environment and projects, described the young men's actions as "dangerous and irresponsible", adding that they take it "very seriously". "The third rail could easily have been electrified or one of the guys could have been hit by a work train", he said to Het Parool. Nuff Said posted the video, in their own words, to make people aware of the state of security on the subway line. "We are not responsible for the images supplied to us anonymously. We only edited the videos and photos", a spokesperson for the clothing brand said to AT5, adding that wandering the tunnels is obviously dangerous.
