Police find 2.5 kilos of heroin in Zoetermeer home
The police discovered 2.5 kilograms of heroin in a home on Pernisstraat, Zoetermeer on Friday. Two suspects were arrested on suspicion of involvement in drug trafficking. A 20 year old man was identified as a possible suspect during an investigation into drug trafficking. This suspect was arrested in Zoetermeer on Friday. The police found a trading amount of cocaine on the man. After his arrest, the police searched his home on Pernisstraat. There they found more than 2.5 kilos of heroin, firearms, thousands of euros in cash and various other drugs. All these items were seized, along with two cars and a scooter. The police also arrested a 42 year old woman found in the house. She has since been released. The 20 year old suspect will be arraigned on Monday. According to the police, he is also suspected of burglary.
