Elderly Brabant man wins 24 million in lottery

An 82 year old man from the Eindhoven region has become 23.9 million euros richer after winning the Lotto Jackpot on Saturday. He will have 17 million euros to spend after tax has been deducted. The lucky man was the only one to guess all six numbers and the color correctly, AD reports. The Lotto would not say who the winner is or where he lives, only saying that he lives in one of the villages, not Eindhoven or Helmond. "The hometown is not very big", a spokesperson said to the AD. "If we tell, the person will be found." The next Lotto draw will be on Saturday, July 4th, with a jackpot of 7.5 million euros.
