Feeding cows trample fallen elderly woman

A 74 year old woman died after she was trampled by cows in Liempde on Friday morning. The woman fell while the cows were being fed and ended up trampled underfoot. The incident happened around 7:45 a.m. Bystanders told Omroep Brabant that the woman would walk past the cows every morning when walking her dog. The woman does not work on the farm. Bystanders report that the farm belongs to her son. The Labor Inspectorate is investigating exactly what happened.
