No trains at Amsterdam Centraal after fire

The problems on the track at Amsterdam Centraal has been fixed, but travelers should still take extra travel time into account. According to NS, this is because the schedule has to get started. Since last evening travelers from Utrecht, Hilversum, Amersfoort and Almere had to deal with long delays and had to detour through Schiphol because emergency repairs had to be made after a fire broke out in a cable duct. According to NU, ProRail decided to immediately replace the cable system, hoping to avoid something going wrong during a busy time on Thursday.
