Plane makes emergency landing on farmer's field

A small sports plane had to make an emergency landing on a farmer's field between Etten-Leur and Hoeven on Monday afternoon. According to the police, no one was injured. The police are investigating the incident. At this stage they believe that a technical fault was to blame. The pilot had to take a breathalyzer test, which show that he had not been drinking. The police has questioned the pilot, and so far he is not facing any form of punishment. A spokesperson for the police told BN De Stem that there were three people on board.
