Two million in cash found in Amsterdam hotel

The police found nearly 2 million euros in cash in a hotel room in Amsterdam on Tuesday. The police went to the hotel after receiving a tip. In the hotel room the police found a 34 year old suspect and 1,987,859 euros in cash. The money was packed in several bags that lay neatly on the floor of the room. The man was arrested for money laundering. He is in custody for questioning. The police are investigating the case.
